Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

Pace AI Solutions ("we", "us") is a New Zealand business operated by Patrick Pace. We build AI receptionists that answer phone calls for other businesses (our "clients"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

Information we collect

How we use it

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

With the account owner's permission, our system connects to Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Sheets. We use this access only to check calendar availability, create bookings, record enquiries and send notification emails to the business. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the service, including voice AI and phone providers, Google, and our server host. Some of these providers store or process information outside New Zealand (for example in the United States or the European Union). We only share what is needed to provide the service.

How long we keep it

Call and booking information is kept for as long as our client needs it to run their business, or until our service with that client ends. Quality-check call logs are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, restricted access and keeping our systems up to date.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Email us at ppacecsbula@gmail.com. If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
